This exhibition presented a new generation of artists with extensive international activity. The works raise critical socio political issues like freedom of speech, identity, women's status in muslim societies, immigration, poverty, power, terrorism, mass media, censorship, taboos and prohibition; in particular related to sexuality.

The project was initiated by Samira Jamouchi and Samir M'kadmi, and developed in collaboration with the DSV Network and the Stenersen Museum. The exhibition presents eight artists with bonds to both Europe and the Maghreb region.
